The relief of this oriental discipline does not only give you a physical relief, but it eases the stress helping the balance of the mind and of the spirit. Yoga not only relaxes you, but it is a perfect way to implement your training for surfing, improving your elasticity and your balance. Days will be punctuated by yoga sessions which are held on the beach or in “ashram”. After your Yoga experience you may elect to enjoy a soothing massage, or dip in the beautiful waters of the Pacific Ocean.
